A2legacy Capital Services Limited and/or its affiliate companies may deal in the securities mentioned herein as a broker or Portfolio Manager, provide research recommendations under a research license or act in any other capacity. Each of these entities functions as a separate, distinct and independent entity. The inability of the Portfolio Manager to execute intended transactions may cause the portfolio to miss investment opportunities. Similarly, the inability to sell securities due to lack of liquidity may result in potential losses. Individual client returns for a specific portfolio type may vary significantly due to timing of entry/exit, additional flows, redemptions, mandates or structural differences in portfolios. No claims may be made for any variance between portfolio performance and individual performance.

Neither the Portfolio Manager nor A2legacy Capital Services Limited (“A2legacy”), its directors, employees or sponsors shall be liable for any variation in returns of individual portfolios. Clients shall not make any claim against the Portfolio Manager for losses or missed opportunities due to market conditions, regulatory actions, trading suspensions, or other factors beyond the control of the Portfolio Manager.
